The practice is one floor up and requires you to climb a small flight of stairs. If this is an issue, please get in touch and we will see how we can accommodate.
Your appointment is expected to run up to an hour depending on appointment type.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows movement. Shorts or loose trousers are ideal for lower-body issues, and a vest or t-shirt for upper-body problems.
At your first physio appointment, we take a detailed history of the issue at hand and discuss your goals, perform an assessment to confirm a diagnosis, provide you with education, a bespoke rehab plan, and manual therapy to provide you with some short-term relief.
Yes. We treat patients who have private medical insurance with AVIVA, WPA and Vitality Health. Please ensure that you have approval from your private healthcare provider before coming to see us.
You will leave your appointment with a personalised rehab plan to practice and plenty of education to help to resolve your issue.
After receiving some manual therapy, you will leave your appointment with some short-term relief.
Follow up appointments will be advised to assess progress. This will be discussed with your therapist at the end of your first appointment. We follow a no more than you need policy to ensure that you don’t have to spend more than you need to.
